We are conveniently located just under 1/2 mile west of I-5 off the 175th St. exit in Shoreline. We are just east of Highway 99/Aurora Ave.  Free parking is available.

Access to Parking during
City Hall Construction

The new Shoreline City Hall is being built in front of our building. In order to access the parking, you must turn north on Midvale and you will see a sign that says Parking for Tenants, Customers, and Deliveries. Then you must walk along the construction fence (with painted plywood along the fence) until you reach the entrance and then come up to Suite 202. We are directly across the street from the Shoreline Top Food & Drugs behind the construction.
